CSL Behring to sublease 101,000-square-foot KoP building

Three years after moving into 500 N. Gulph Road in King of Prussia, CSL Behring has decided to sublease the 100,820-square-foot building. 

CSL Behring is not unlike other companies in evaluating its space needs during the pandemic that sent employees to work remotely. GlaxoSmithKline and Radian Group Inc. are two companies that were early to make adjustments to the size of their offices, deciding last year to shrink by a significant amount.

Many office brokers believe this is the year in which more companies will undertake such analysis and make decisions on their space needs. There’s a consensus that many businesses will consider upgrading their offices into trophy or Class A buildings are a way to attract and retain talent and lure workers back to the office.
